Dear family and friends,

This week was busy--we had an amazing exchange with the sisters in Indy YSA on Thursday and learned a lot! It was fun talking to people on IUPUI campus and teaching people closer to my age.

This last week in our studies we have somehow all ended up in Isaiah. Sis. Hill and Sis. O'Brien have both been reading through the Book of Mormon and they landed in the Isaiah chapters at the same time, and I've been reading the Bible during breakfast and I happen to be in Isaiah as well! It stuck out to Sis. O'Brien that Nephi put those specific chapters in the Book of Mormon for a very important reason...he says that in these latter days we will understand Isaiah's prophecies. I'm usually afraid to get caught up in "the Isaiah chapters," but we feel like there's a reason we've all landed there at the same time! One of our investigators has been reading from the Book of Mormon and is fascinated by the prophecies of the Restoration in 2 Nephi 3, and she also loves Isaiah, so we are hoping to be able to help her see evidence of the Restoration through the Bible and Book of Mormon this week.

Something I didn't realize before I came out was how much time we would spend with members. I just know I will be staying in contact with several of these families long after the mission. These relationships really are eternal, and I just can't get over how much I love everyone here in Indiana!

Fishers is being so blessed right now, and we love having 4 sets of missionaries here! The elders in the Fishers 1st ward are great to work with, and the other sisters and elders in Fishers 2 are doing great. Our ward mission leader has been amazed at the growth of missionary work here already, and we have plenty of work to do!

Our dear Sister Hill was emergency transferred out of Fishers to Zionsville, so now it's back to me and Sis. O'Brien as a duo again! It's a lot quieter with just us two, and during our weekly planning Sis. O'Brien started laughing and she said, "We've started whispering." I guess we talk really quietly together :) So we have to make a conscious effort to talk so we can hear each other.

Well love you all lots and lots! Have a nice springy week!

Love, Sister Allen

2. There's a girl in our ward who gives us leftover bread from Jimmy Johns every week...and she filled a whole garbage bag of French bread for us! Our freezer is full :)
